Description:Our villa is situated on the quiet residential development of Clear Creek yet only 15 minutes to Disney World. Just off the US 192 and US 27.

All the attractions such as Universal Studios and Sea World are within easy reach. The beaches on the Atlantic Coast along with Kennedy lay displace are only about an hours drive away. Busch Gardens and the Gulf coast resorts of Clearwater and St Petersburg can be reached in less than 90 minutes. come by are several good Golf Courses.
The villa is fully equipped renovated in 2004 beautifully furnished throughout fully air-conditioned and has its own private screened swimming pool which overlooks the conservation area to the rear and as a bonus is south facing so very sunny!!.
The villa has a large family room with Digital TV/DVD player. The Kitchen is fully equipped with fridge-freezer cooker cook dishwasher etc a utility dwell with washer dryer press and ironing board.
There are 3 bedrooms :-The know bedroom has a promote size bed digital TV/dvd and beat coat walk in wardrobe. beat bathroom. Bedroom 2 has a Queen size bed wardrobes. TVBedroom 3 has two Single Beds with TV/Playstation. Bedroom 2 & 3 share a full Bathroom. For guests 7/8 there is a double bed settee in the lounge area
